After 15 Flat Years, American Wages Are Finally Really Rising

It’s no secret that the pace of the US economy since the great recession has been disappointing, especially when it comes to how fast people’s wages have grown. However, there is great news, because in the last two years the pace of median wage growth has tripled, then tripled again. As importantly, the job creation, and wage growth of lower income Americans has finally started outpacing that of the top quartile, which should provide a solid boost to the economy going forward.
