Realty Income shares have suffered greatly during this most recent REIT bear market, and the stock market correction isn’t helping any. Now Spruce Point Capital is out with a report claiming that the quintessential SWAN (sleep well at night) REIT is perpetrating a fraud against shareholders and set for an epic collapse when the truth comes out.
